Bb Outcomes is configured in such a way that only those who have been given explicit access to a program’s, department’s or college’s information will be able to view or edit (depending on the permission level). Assessment information can only be viewed by those who have been given permission to access that program’s information. Strategic Plans are saved as ‘public’ documents, and as such, are readable by everyone who has Outcomes access; but they can only be edited by those who have received the proper permissions.
